Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Genjutsu AI at genjutsuai.cc (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Genjutsu AI generates short AI videos from photos you upload, using a preset genjutsu template. Results are produced by AI models and may vary. We may improve, change or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

You need an account to generate videos. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

Your photos and content

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, including the permission of every person shown.
Do not upload photos of minors, or content that is sexual, violent, hateful, defamatory, or that impersonates or harasses anyone.
Do not use generated videos to deceive people, for example by presenting them as real footage of a real person without their consent.
You keep your rights in the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process them only to provide the Service.
Subject to these Terms, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use them.

Credits and payments

Videos are paid with credits, bought through our payment processor, Stripe.
Each video uses the number of credits shown on the website at the time you generate it.
Credits do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
Purchases are final once credits have been used. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us and we will review it in good faith, in addition to any rights you have under applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse, overload, reverse engineer or scrape the Service, bypass payments or limits, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". AI output can be inaccurate or imperfect, and we do not guarantee any particular result. Genjutsu AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with any artist, label, film or other AI video platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
