The trend
What is the Nicole Kidman dance trend?
The Nicole Kidman dance is a TikTok dance set to "Nicole Kidman", the pop song by Adéla. The actress is not in the videos: people dance the routine to the song, often in pairs, and lip-sync the chorus.
This version is a 14-second vertical clip in one continuous take. Two friends stand side by side on a paved plaza at night, filmed from a phone on the ground, and dance in sync: they step out and swing their arms, cross their hands overhead, pop their hips, kick, brush their hair, spin and walk up to the lens for the final pose. The low angle makes them look tall and the routine easy to copy, which is why so many duos remake it.
Nicole Kidman AI makes your version from two photos. The plaza, the lights, the camera and every move come from the original video. Your photos decide who dances, with their own faces, hair and clothes. Upload a pet and it dances on its hind legs like a person.

Photo tips
Photo tips for a better Nicole Kidman AI dance
The camera stays low and wide the whole time, so both dancers show head to toe and their faces are fairly small. Sharp faces and photos that show the whole outfit give the best result.
- Face the camera with both eyes visible.
- One person or pet per photo.
- Full-body photos keep the clothes and shoes right.
- Outfits that differ from each other keep the two dancers easy to tell apart.
- No heavy filters, stickers or sunglasses.
